The quality of our lives hinges on our self respect.
At the present time, we might not feel too good about ourselves. Rather than beat ourselves up for our humanity let’s offer ourselves some compassion. Though we may have struggled with self worth issues our whole lives we do have the ability to reframe our perception. One of the biggest components to regain a sense of self respect is to honestly look at what is hindering our ability to heal. Generally speaking, most of us have either struggled with this issues our whole lives or we lost touch with who we truly are. That being said low self esteem doesn’t have to be a life sentence, we can change!

One of the biggest ways we disrespect ourselves is by always putting others first. Until we learn to prioritize our own needs we will likely be pouring from an empty cup.
